Volunteering: 

There are numerous opportunities between June 12th and 15th to volunteer. Whether it's helping with decorations, coordinating refreshments, assisting with setup and cleanup, or ensuring everything runs smoothly, your time and effort will make a lasting impact. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the excitement and ensure Prom is a night to remember. Join us in making this special evening truly magical.

Criminal Record Check

All volunteers are required to have a completed Criminal Record Check on file at the school. A previous CRC completed within the last two years will be accepted or you can complete the CRC application below. Please note after submission, you will be required to come into the school office and provide identification to complete the process.

Prom Forms: 

Prom forms for both graduates and guests are in PDF's below. They are also available for pick up outside the office. Payments can be made through School Cash Online, at the office by cash or cheque made payable to HSS Grad or by e-transfer to [email protected] and include graduate's name. All forms must be dropped off in person to the office. No emailed copies will be accepted.  Forms and payments are due on April 11.

Please note: if you are bringing a guest who does not attend HSS, please confirm with Ms. Boisvert before you submit forms and payment for the guest. If you require financial support to attend prom, please complete and submit forms and speak with Ms. Boisvert.

 

Fundraisers:

 

She Stole My Beer @ the BAG: Get your friends together and come to the BAG on June 7 for a fun-filled concert featuring She Stole My Beer.  This event is sure to be an amazing evening of fun, dancing and memories to cherish. Tickets are $50+fees and can be purchased here. This event is a fundraiser to help keep our prom ticket costs low, so please spread the word. Your participation will help make this year’s prom an unforgettable experience for our students.
