On December 18th, you should have received an email invitation to view your child’s midterm report card on the parent portal of our MyEd BC student information system. As a follow-up to these midterm report cards, we have scheduled a virtual parent-teacher evening for Thursday, January 7th, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
As a reminder, you can schedule a meeting with your child’s teacher through our School Appointments booking system here. If you are unable to schedule a meeting during this timeframe, or you find that all the appointments are booked, we encourage you to reach out directly to your child’s teachers to have a discussion about their progress. Parents who have booked an appointment will receive an automated email with a Zoom meeting link from our School Appointments booking system on Thursday at 12:00 pm.
Please note that school will be dismissed at 2:15 pm on Thursday to accommodate parent-teacher interviews. Busses will be on hand at that time to transport students home with the exception of students living in Upper Squamish, Cheakamus and Britannia Beach. These buses will be departing our school at their regular time of 3:20 pm.
