Parent/Teacher Interviews

Semester 2 midterm report cards will be published on the parent portal of our MyEd BC student information system on April 25. As a follow-up to these midterm report cards, we have scheduled a parent-teacher evening for Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Beginning a week before, you can schedule a meeting with your child’s teacher through our School Appointments booking system here. If you are unable to schedule a meeting during this timeframe, or you find that all the appointments are booked, reach out directly to your child’s teachers to have a discussion about their progress. Parents who have booked an appointment will receive an automated email with a Zoom meeting link from our School Appointments booking system on Thursday at 2:00 pm.

Please note that school will be dismissed at 2:07 pm on Thursday to accommodate parent-teacher interviews. Busses will be on hand at that time to transport students home with the exception of students living in Upper Squamish, Cheakamus and Britannia Beach. These two buses will be departing our school at their regular time of 3:20 pm.
