Graduation 2025

Commencement Fees due May 1: The $95 commencement fee is collected to help offset the cost of the ceremony. This includes the cost of staging and streaming, diplomas and covers, technical support, programs, and invitations. The fee also includes the cap, gown, and tassel souvenirs. You can pay through school cash online.  If you do not plan to attend commencement, please email [email protected]  to let us know.

Grad Parent Info Meeting:  On April 3, our admin team and Prom Parent Commitee held an important meeting that covered graduation and the Prom event. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation can be found below. Visit our Prom page here for regular updates and committee contact info.  

Volunteer opportunities will be available for the weekend of prom.

If you are interested in helping with set up, chaperoning, or tear down, please email [email protected] and provide your name and contact information.

All volunteers are required to have a completed Criminal Record Check on file at the school. A previous CRC completed within the last two years will be accepted or you can complete a CRC application. Click here for more information. Please note after submission, you will be required to come into the school office and provide identification to complete the process. If you are unsure about your status, please call the school and we can assist you.

Volunteers must have a valid Criminal Record Check on file with the office.
To obtain a CRC go to https://justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck and input Access Code: 2Q9PXWHYBQ.
This will be sent directly to the school. The CRC usually takes about 3 weeks to complete so please ensure to do this in advance of the event. 

Grad 2025 Hoodies:  You have ONE LAST CHANCE to order your Grad Hoodie. Paper forms are available on the table outside the office. The deadline to order is Monday, April 28, at NOON. Expected delivery is mid-May.
