Report Cards and Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences are one way for parents to participate in their child’s education. These conferences are not just for parents of students who are struggling; they are also an important opportunity to find out about your child’s progress. Parents are encouraged to contact their child's teacher(s) throughout the year to keep up to date on their progress and any areas where they may need additional support.All staff email addresses are located on our school website and can be accessed by clicking here.

 

Our school holds two sessions of Parent Teacher Interviews each year - one in the fall and one in the spring, following the publication of the semester report cards. Bookings for these conferences are available once report cards are published and can be done on our School Appointments Online website here. 

 

Please note that school will be dismissed at 2:15 pm to accommodate parent-teacher conferences. Busses will be on hand at that time to transport students home with the exception of students living in Upper Squamish, Cheakamus and Britannia Beach. These buses will be departing our school at their regular time of 3:20 pm.
