Drama, Directing & Scriptwriting, Dance, and Content Creation: Students have been working on January Showcase performances and creations. We have three plays by student directors: Ciel's version of This is a Test, Beau's Horseplay, and Em's, The Queen, The Hero, and The Third Wheel. All three plays will leave you laughing and feeling better about the world in general. We will also have some dances and short films to keep you entertained as we switch it up on the stage.

Our dancers have been working on a winter choreography which they will share at our winter assembly. Squamish Elementary students are going to join and learn winter dances and share their favourite moves the week before the break. Having the littles over to dance always makes my cheeks hurt from smiling. 

Howe Sound Yoga Club: The first thing you do before you create a yoga class, is choose a peak pose to work towards. Once you have your peak pose, you need to dissect it to find similar poses and shapes that will make that peak pose more accessible. Does this sound interesting to you? Join the yoga club's Pizza and Dissect a Pose at lunch on January 18 in the studio. Free pizza and fun yoga talk as we dissect a peak pose together. Option to make your own yoga class and teach on Thursdays at 3:30 pm, or just come and move with us!
